Create Project

To create a new project, follow these steps: After logging into our system, you will find the burger menu in the top right corner. Click on it and select the 'Projects' option. You will then be redirected to your personal project dashboard. Here you have various options: You can create a new project by clicking on the corresponding button. Alternatively, you can select and manage an ongoing project or research in your old projects. This dashboard provides you with a central hub for all your project-related activities.

Add Set

Once you have added a set to your project, it will be displayed in the system. Within the set, you have the flexibility to modify or delete existing objects. You can also adjust details such as rental date, pick-up, and return. In addition, it is possible to send a non-binding inquiry.

Please note that a renewed change of the set after the first inquiry is best done via email, telephone or in person. A new web inquiry could lead to overwrites, as interim changes are not considered. We apologize for this limitation and are working to improve this functionality in the future.

Add Objects to a Set

To add objects to a set, you can either use our guided search or the general search function. Once you are logged in, a mini shopping cart appears in the top left corner. This displays the selected project and set, as well as the number of objects that have already been added to the set. By clicking on an object, you will be taken to the object detail view, where you will find more information and have the opportunity to add the item to your set.

Under each object, you will find an 'Add' button, which allows you to add the object in the desired quantity to your set. A special feature is that your selection remains even on your next visit. Once you select the project and set, all previously added objects are marked in all views.

Filtering

Our system offers extensive filtering options to refine your search and find exactly what you need. You can filter results by color, epoch, quantity, and material. Additionally, we offer various sorting options, such as by novelty, quantity (both ascending and descending), epoch, material, and color. All filters are combinable, so you can make highly specific search queries. Please note that the chosen sorting is saved. By selecting "Reset Filters," the default sorting will be displayed.

Manage Project

After selecting or creating a project, you can manage it efficiently. This includes the ability to create a set that encompasses specific elements or tasks of your project. Further details of the project, as well as data such as the billing address, only need to be entered once after the first inquiry and can be changed in the project settings.

In the project settings, you have various management options: you can archive your project, rename it, and make other important adjustments.

Useful Tips

You can filter the 'New' view to discover special groups of props. For example, it is possible to set the filters so that all objects from a specific year, such as 1920, are displayed. The same applies to color and material groups.

What is Planned for the Future

As a next improvement, it will be possible to display more than 600 search results. In addition, we are working on an improved project management that will, for example, make it possible to view offers directly in the project overview.
